At Dog is Human, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your human-grade pet gear doesn't fit perfectly, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
